Well, another episode last night. Woke up on the floor of my laundry room ie. the freezing basement. My palatte is completely raw from snoring so much so that I've thrown up twice today from gag reflex. I guess I decided to do laundry in my sleep. That's a new one. Lord knows what else I did. Stayed home today. Going up to the hospital to meet with the doctor again about the cpap test and moving on to the mouthpiece asap. Living like this sucks.Wednesday, January 13, 2010
